About the company: 

Bambuser was founded in 2007 and is a pioneer in mobile live streaming. The company, which is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, launched the product Live Video Shopping in late 2019. Since then, Bambuser has attracted brands and online retailers such as NA-KD, Monki, CAIA Cosmetics, Lyko, Stronger, LUISAVIAROMA and Kicks to to its growing list of customers

Despite the short time since the launch of Live Video Shopping, Bambuser has already been featured in The New York Times, Forbes and Vogue Business, to name a few. 

About the role: 

As Executive Coordinator you will be a key person/facilitator in our fast growing organization. You will be part of a fantastic journey and an all-star team consisting of over 25 professionals. As Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordination and administration, as well as advanced assignments that require creative solutions. 

The role will be involved in several key projects, while contributing in parallel to the development of the operations. We expect you to have a holistic perspective, work proactively and have high flexibility. Service and quality on a high level is important in the role. Among other things, you will be focusing on:

  • 🏃 Working very close with our CEO and Management team in regards to planning, preparation and assisting them with various topics.
  • 🤓 Daily administrative and operational topics.
  • 📈 Promote and develop business operations.
  • 📖 Create, refine and update presentations and templates.
  • 💼 Plan and coordinate meetings, events and assignments.

You are a high-performing person with a professional attitude and where problem solving is part of your daily challenges. You have a high level of integrity, are structured and have the ability to remain calm and easily accessible even under stressful situations. With your proactive mindset and pragmatic personality, you thrive in a supportive role in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Prestigeless to say the least. 😉


The role requires digital competence, the habit of working in business systems and a basic understanding of the legal and economic landscape of an international, tech-oriented and fast-growing startup. Very good language skills in English as well as Swedish are required.
