As an Onboarding Specialist at Bambuser, you will team up with Business Developers, Producers and Tech leads in order to help our global customers turn Live Video Shopping into their number one sales channel.

Your main responsibility is to launch new customers and ensure high-quality live video shopping content-generating sales and customer satisfaction. You will also share knowledge, create best practices, and support from day one – the first execution of a live show – and onwards.

This is a very hands-on job where you often participate in setting up and preparing the live shows and become an extended part of our customer’s marketing teams. 

In order to succeed in this role, we need you to be a tech-savvy person with people skills and it’s really important that you understand online marketing as well as eCommerce sales.

Once the circumstances permit, extensive travel may be required from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Native English and/or excellent professional proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a requirement
  • 1+ years of experience of eCommerce
  • Relevant education in digital marketing or digital strategy
  • International experience is a huge plus
