About the role 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us grow our client base.  Reporting to the VP of Sales based in London, you’ll be responsible for closing inbound/outbound deals to ensure we hit our regional sales targets and increase our market share.

What you'll do

  • Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients to help them realise the full potential of Live Video Shopping
  • Own, build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets will be met, this involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (client success, on-boarding, legal, production, product development and business intelligence teams) to ensure successful campaigns and provide feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Help us craft the sales strategies for new markets and segments.
  • Help us rethink how we do things and always look for innovative ways to improve our performance at scale.

We are looking for an energetic individual with high social awareness who knows how to sell and close deals independently. An owner who thoroughly prepares prior to any meeting with diligence, who is able to lead complex conversation whilst reading the room pivot anytime when necessary. 

You will also need ability and confidence to pushback, persuade and keep calm under complex negotiations. You are a hustler who is trustworthy, cooperative and is not discouraged by closed doors.

Skills & Background

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Have 5+ years of previous relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication & written skills (you will often have to pitch to C-level execs)
  • Passionate and familiar about new technologies, digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Organised, independent, can handle stress and know how to prioritise
  • Social, humble, cooperative and a team player!

Nice to have

  • Existing network within e-commerce players & media agencies in the UK.
  • Previous experience in SaaS Sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Impressive track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
