About the role 

As a Client Success Manager at Bambuser, you will help our clients turn Live Video Shopping into their # 1 sales channel. On a daily basis, you will work closely with our Product & Tech team in order to get everything in place before "Going Live." You will also be a strategic advisor presenting best practices for Live Show, content planning, and traffic acquisition. This is a highly dynamic role that requires detailed orientation and structure, but also people skills since you will be in charge of building long-term relationships with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include managing projects and tech compliance, as well as monitoring integration processes, creative productions, and campaigns. This is also a hands-on job where you often participate in setting up and preparing the live shows and become an extended part of our customers' marketing teams. 

Once the circumstances permit, extensive travel may be required from time to time.

What you'll do

  • Develop quarterly and annual brand plans and campaign media plans
  • In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns (optimisation)
  • Develop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption (up-sell) within assigned accounts
  • Continuously educate and keep up-to-date network with new launches, product development, event opportunities, media mentions, case studies etc 
  • Develop industry/vertical insights, share best practices, case studies, best-in-class examples
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (sales, on-boarding, legal, production, product development and business intelligence teams) to ensure successful campaigns and provide feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Help us craft the sales strategies for new markets and segments.
  • Help us rethink how we do things and always look for innovative ways to improve our performance at scale.

Skills & Background

  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, account management, client success
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, or BBA ) in communication, marketing or business management
  • Proficiency with MS Office software Excel; Keynote
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • Digital channels understanding and practical experience (PPC, SEO, E-mail mostly)
  • Solid social media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) 

Nice to have

  • Existing network within e-commerce players & media agencies in the UK.
  • Candidates with additional EU languages are preferred
